Rudy has been in the sports marketing world since Steve Garvey was playing first base for the Dodgers. OK, not quite that long but that’s when he fell in love with sports. His work history includes fun-filled stints with Beckett Baseball Card Monthly, DIRECTV Sports and the TCU Horned Frogs athletic department, where he managed the partnership programs for IMG, the largest sports agency on the planet. When he’s not reaching out to touch someone about our wonderful activation opportunities he’s coaching his son’s youth baseball team or worrying about his daughter’s boyfriend. Either way, he’s a busy dude.

Rob’s favorite sports memory resides in San Antonio, Texas, at the Alamodome when Mario Chalmers pulled up for a game-tying three pointer with 3.6 seconds left to eventually lead the Kansas Jayhawks to their Fifth National Championship in 2008. That fall, Rob attended the University of Kansas pursuing a degree in Sports Management while also obtaining a business minor. During his last semester at KU, Rob packed his bags and moved down to the Lone Star State to complete an internship working for Rudy at TCU and for Adam at Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. On January 29, 2013, Rob put his hand on the “bible” of Texas Football and was sworn in as a full-time employee! Rob currently works in sales and resides in Las Colinas. In his free time, Rob is actively involved with the KU Alumni Dallas Chapter and enjoys binge watching shows and documentaries on Netflix

Adam’s love affair with sports was born on December 13, 1975 at the age of 5. At a family friend’s holiday party, he watched the Dallas Cowboys beat the hated rival Washington Redskins 31-10 and became hooked. While he started in liquor sales out of the University of Texas at Austin and quickly moved to the wireless industry, he was always intrigued with all aspects of sports. The games, the business. Everything.
In 2005, a random cold call into Host Communications led to a job as General Manager of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. He has been here ever since including leading the acquisition of this legendary brand away from IMG to form Sports In Action (dba Highfield Marketing). The company now has a vast array of media assets and marketing rights such as the UIL and the THSCA. Adam now serves as the company President and minority owner. He lives in Flower Mound with his wife when they are not shuttling to and from Fayetteville, Arkansas to visit their daughter who attends U of A or Austin to visit their son who attends UT. WPS! and Hook’em Horns!
